The wind deflector is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel, fixed on the inner wall of the furnace through a number of shelf rods, wrapping the resistance band inside, and stopping the heat circulation of the heat distributed by the resistance band through the hot air circulation system to make the temperature in the furnace even. The ventilation installation is made according to the furnace volume to ensure that the number of hot air cycles is more than 40 times per minute.

The base frame is used for placing furnace parts and is welded by section steel. The furnace door shell is made of steel welding and the inner lining is made of high-quality all-fiber construction. The furnace door and the furnace body are sealed with aluminum silicate refractory fiber material.

The electric stove is equipped with two trolleys. The lifting mechanism is composed of a hoist, a loading frame, a lifting hinge, a rolling wheel, etc. The hoist is installed on the side of the base frame, adopts a low-speed ratio reducer, and is equipped with a self-locking installation, which can ensure that the loading frame stays at any position and slows down operation, avoiding the rapid impact of the quenching tank when the loading frame falls. The loading frame is made of section steel according to the user's request. The lifting installation frame adopts steel cable traction.

The depth of the quenching pool exceeds the loading frame by 1.5 times, which can ensure that the workpiece is quenched and cooled in the quenching pool, and an electric heating tube is used to stop heating in the quenching pool. And it is automatically controlled by a temperature measuring instrument. The pool has a water inlet to cool the water temperature, and a circulating water pump is installed in the pool to stop the hot water radiation circulation and make the temperature even. Refractory fiber cotton sand sealing knives are embedded around the furnace mouth. After the furnace door is closed, it is closely attached to the insert knife at the furnace mouth to ensure no heat distribution. The heating element adopts strip-shaped electric heating elements, which are arranged on both sides of the furnace, and the material is 0Cr25AL5 alloy wire, which has a long service life.
